There is a real team behind Crusado, and when something is wrong or unclear, we want to hear from you. This page explains how contact works, what to include when you write, and how we handle the more serious kinds of request.
Getting your question answered in one go
The quickest way to reach us is through live chat, which you will find on the site. If you prefer to write at length, or if your matter involves documents, email works just as well. Both channels reach the same support team, so there is no advantage in using one over the other.
Whatever you send, we can usually resolve things in a single exchange if you give us enough context up front. That means: your registered username or the email address on your account, a clear description of what happened, and — if your question is about a specific transaction — the date, amount, and payment method involved. You do not need to attach screenshots unless they are genuinely relevant, but they do help when something on screen looks wrong.
One thing we will never ask you for, in chat or by email, is your password. We will also never ask for your full card number or the security code on any payment card. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Crusado and asks for those details, do not respond — contact us directly to report it.
Responsible gambling requests and formal complaints
If you want to set a deposit limit, take a cooling-off break, or exclude yourself from the site, please say so clearly when you get in touch and identify it as a responsible gambling request. These are not treated as ordinary account queries. They move to the front of the process and are acted on as a priority. We do not ask you to justify or explain a self-exclusion request, and we do not try to dissuade you from taking a break.
A formal complaint is different from a question. If you feel you have been treated unfairly — a bonus declined you believe you were entitled to, a withdrawal held without explanation, or an account action you disagree with — tell us that you are raising a complaint. We will look at it separately from routine support traffic, document the outcome, and write back with a reasoned response. If we cannot reach a resolution that satisfies you, we will explain what further steps are available to you. We operate under our licensing authority, and players have the right to escalate unresolved disputes through the appropriate external channel if needed.
Whatever brings you to this page, we are not here to close tickets — we are here to sort things out. Write to us plainly, include what we need to help you, and we will do the same in return.
